About Cristina

Cristina’s journey began at just 5 years old with classical ballet training .🩰

 

As a teen, she embraced jazz and contemporary dance, performing across South America—including years with Bellas Artes de Maracaibo 🎭 .


She later moved to New York City 🗽, where she discovered Flamenco 💃, performing in NYC, Miami, and Washington D.C.—including a standout role in Carmen at the Washington National Opera 🎶 and at B.B. King’s NYC 🎤. Eventually, she settled in London as a soloist.
Throughout her life, yoga 🧘‍♀️ remained a steady companion—especially during challenging times.

 

Cristina faced personal battles with addiction and mental health 🌪️, experiences that deepened her understanding of healing as not just physical, but emotional and spiritual.


This led her to develop a holistic approach that supports body, mind, and spirit 🧠💓. She became a certified Yoga Teacher in Rishikesh, India 🇮🇳, studying the ancient roots of yoga philosophy and psychology. Today, she is also a Pilates and Reformer instructor, integrating movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness to guide others toward resilience, balance, and transformation.
